Our 12-month journey is a gateway to a multidisciplinary experience, offering a panoramic view of our innovative digital project-monitoring tools.

As a trainee in our Digital Solutions department, you’ll be a key collaborator for our MIS Web Dashboard Team, improving data collection tools that are pivotal to our climate, agriculture, and forestry projects.

You will be involved in the following missions:

Play a key role in developing and refining features for the Web Dashboard, focusing on forest and climate data visualization, including carbon certification and forest inventories.
Support in the development and implementation of robust programming and testing frameworks.
Introduce new capabilities to our suite of data monitoring tools.
Advance geodata quality through innovative automation techniques.
Refactor and reorganize our legacy codebase.
Work hand-in-hand with our information system architect to unify data processing workflows and microservices integration.
Set up user manuals and follow up on documentation.

Requirements

Your Tech Profile:

Full-Stack: Bring your backend and frontend prowess to the forefront, with a keen eye on specializing in frontend development, integration, and UX/UI design.
Language: Command of English (C1 level minimum) and/or other languages, written and sporken.

Your Academic & Professional Canvas:

Studies: Bachelor’s or Master’s program in computer science or web development is essential.
Coding: Proficiency in web programming (PHP, JavaScript, jQuery) and database systems (PostgreSQL preferred) is required.
Collaboration: Experience with collaboration tools like GitHub or GitLab is desired.
Framework: Experience with Laravel and/or React.js will set you apart.
Other programming languages: Knowledge of Python, R, and bash scripting is an advantage.
Testing & Documentation: Familiarity with phpUnit, Jest, openAPIv3 will be beneficial.
Geo-Data: Experience with geoinformation databases (PostGIS) will be a valuable asset.
