Unique is a leading consulting firm for sustainable natural resource management, with a focus on forestry, agriculture and climate change. Unique’s headquarter is located in Freiburg, in the Southwest of Germany.
The project “Bark Beetle Detection Dogs in a Field Trial” investigates the added value of trained detection dogs compared to conventional ground-based inspections for the early detection of spruce bark beetle infestation. As a working student, you will support field data collection by searching for and recording infested trees and examining felled trees to document brood development stages.

- The salary is based as follow: €14.90/hour if you have completed a BSc (or are in the final stage with relevant experience), €15.90/hour if you are currently enrolled in an MSc program (early stage), and €17.90/hour if you have completed an MSc (or are in the final stage with relevant experience).
